Position Objective

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our investors and analysts, ensuring transparent and effective communication regarding the company’s financial performance, strategy, and growth prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in investor relations, financial communications, and a strong understanding of the crop nutrition industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with investors and analysts in a publicly traded company;
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, capital markets, and regulatory requirements;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial information and market trends;
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Formation:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field;
  • MBA or CFA designation is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial analysis, preferably within the agriculture or crop nutrition industry.

Responsabilities:

Strategic Communication:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Communicate the company’s financial performance, strategic direction, and growth initiatives to the investment community through various channels including earnings calls, press releases, and investor presentations.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community, responding to inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and disclosure in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial results, market trends, and industry developments to provide insights and guidance to the investment community.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, investor sentiment, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to the executive team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments that could impact the company’s performance and investor perception.

Corporate Messaging:

  • Develop and manage the company’s investor relations website and other communication materials, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for investor conferences, roadshows, and other events.

Compliance and Governance:

  • • Ensure all investor relations activities comply with securities laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • • Work closely with legal counsel to manage regulatory filings and compliance matters.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the investor relations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align investor relations activities with corporate strategies and objectives.
